PEEK Properties is a fully integrated developer, owner, and operator of multifamily projects located in New Jersey. Our primary focus is on urban areas that offer existing value-add properties or new development sites. We believe in a long-term strategic approach to owning and operating properties and seek to work in partnership with local municipalities. PEEK Properties is also one of the earliest adopters of utilizing the Qualified Opportunity Fund structure for our projects located in Opportunity Zones.  As such, we can provide unique tax advantages to our investors while also maintaining our long-term strategic approach to owning and operating multifamily projects.
